Avon & Wildridge

The town of Avon – at the base of the world-class ski resort of Beaver Creek– is a growing residential and commercial community. Present day Avon has evolved into an impressive residential and commercial center in the Vail Valley, both geographically and economically. Avon’s centralized location and lower property costs have lured business owners and residents alike, filling the town with a wide variety of stores and boutiques.
Beaver Creek

Beaver Creek has evolved into a world-class mountain destination and resort community. Located 10 miles west of Vail, Beaver Creek Village is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. In the summer, the mountain continues to bustle with activity including hiking, mountain biking, Frisbee golf and more.
Bachelor Gulch

Bachelor Gulch, the central ski village of the popular village-to-village skiing at Beaver Creek Resort, is among the most pristine alpine neighborhoods in the Vail Valley. Carefully planned by the Vail Resorts Development Company to complement the natural mountain environment, the architecture of Bachelor Gulch Village is inspired by the grand lodges of many of America’s National Parks.
Arrowhead

Elevation 7,400 feet, Population 150
One of the most unique aspects of Arrowhead is the village-to-village connection that it has to offer. Linked by ski slopes in the winter and hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer, Arrowhead easily connects to the Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek Village. Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead offer 1,625 acres of skiable terrain. Arrowhead has 180 acres of skiable terrain, 13 trails and a vertical drop of 1,700 feet.
